🍵 Goji Berry & Ginger Tea

Warming, nourishing, and gently sweet - this tea is a lovely way to support your body as the seasons shift.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp dried goji berries (Gou Qi Zi)

  • 3–4 slices fresh ginger (Sheng Jiang)

  • 2 cups water

  • Optional: a few red dates (Hong Zao) for extra warmth and sweetness

  • Optional: a drizzle of honey (add after steeping if desired)

Instructions:

  1. Place goji berries and ginger slices in a small saucepan with the water.

  2. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.

  3. Strain into a mug, or leave the goji berries in - they soften and are delicious to eat!

  4. Add honey to taste, if using.
