🍵 Goji Berry & Ginger Tea
Warming, nourishing, and gently sweet - this tea is a lovely way to support your body as the seasons shift.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp dried goji berries (Gou Qi Zi)
3–4 slices fresh ginger (Sheng Jiang)
2 cups water
Optional: a few red dates (Hong Zao) for extra warmth and sweetness
Optional: a drizzle of honey (add after steeping if desired)
Instructions:
Place goji berries and ginger slices in a small saucepan with the water.
Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
Strain into a mug, or leave the goji berries in - they soften and are delicious to eat!
Add honey to taste, if using.
